Borrower-centric Marketplace, Home Lending Pal, Integrates with Mortech Product and Pricing Engine

HomeLendingPalWe have added another industry leading solution to our ever growing list of marketplace platforms, in hopes to continue to provide our mutual lenders with the ability to quote their mortgage offers live to a more diverse audience digitally, where home buying continues to thrive. Home Lending Pal is a mortgage research software that gives potential borrowers the ability to see what amount they can afford on a home loan and compare the likelihood of approval from a variety of lending partners.

 

Lenders utilizing Mortech’s product and pricing engine can now advertise their mortgage products and offerings onto the Home Lending Pal platform to better connect with potential borrowers in a contactless way. As an anonymous marketplace, lenders and borrowers will only match when the borrower shows interest in what the lender has to offer on the specific home they have entered into the platform. Helping lenders build out a higher-intent pipeline of borrower leads, that are actually interested in what the lender has to offer and are in need of more information from them specifically. 

 

Home Lending Pal’s ethereum-based platform will ensure fast and secure communication between banks and other financial institutions and allow users to confirm customer data accuracy quickly. They are expanding the platform to be an end-to-end blockchain solution that retrieves and verifies data fast and securely from third-party data providers, including land offices and government agencies. At the same time, the back-end provides real-time risk monitoring in loan applications. 

 

Borrowers using the platform are given the tools they need to:

  1. Save money automatically - provided list of loans they qualify for and estimated timeline to approval
  2. Plan a more realistic budget - transparency into the strain of purchasing a specific home could do to their overall net worth
  3. Receive the lowest monthly mortgage - ability to compare the total costs from a variety of different lenders

The pandemic brought with it the need for a digital space where home shoppers could safely and easily get the same assistance they received in person when it came to buying a home, but now virtually. Marketplaces, like Home Lending Pal, have given home buyers a platform where they can find the resources they need to close on their dream home confidently, as well as provide lenders with the tools they need to advertise the best products and offerings they have with these potential borrowers.
