Mortech allows the freedom to customize down to a very detailed level thus allowing the administrators a great deal of flexibility in terms of what will price and the associated margins. The great advantage of this is being able to control your pipeline at a very early stage in the origination process.

The Mortech team does provide top notch service and has coached me through almost every functionality of the system at one point or another. They are quick to respond to an issue and always helpful. Having the team a phone call away is peace of mind because I know any question will be addressed by their knowledgeable staff. The Mortech team has also helped us out on a couple of custom build outs of investors that were not supported previously. We appreciate that extra effort and it is a testament to their customer service.
