New Products Added to Portfolio Result in Highest Performing Quarter in Company’s History

Net sales for the first quarter of 2011 were the highest for any quarter in the company’s history. All borrower information is auto-populated back into the lender’s Marksman account. Borrowers can even search for and connect with other real estate service providers. Lenders can personalize the lending experience for borrowers, real estate service providers can promote their business and borrowers are able to take more control of their home buying process.

 

Additional timely product releases such as Marksman’s Loan Officer Compensation Package have played a role in Mortech’s record numbers. Marksman’s Loan Officer Compensation package has lessened the burdens associated with the loan officer compensation regulations. Mortech built numerous easy-to-use functions within Marksman so managers can customize their compensation structure according to their specific company needs. Marksman users are currently taking advantage of this new implementation and the solution has drawn in several new customers.
