New Products Added to Portfolio Result in Highest Performing Quarter in Company’s History
Lincoln, Nebraska Mortech, a mortgage technology software company specializing in mortgage solutions for mortgage bankers and secondary marketing teams, today announced record sales as a result of its continued product releases. Net sales for the first quarter of 2011 were the highest for any quarter in the company’s history. The succession of new products and features added to Marksman, the mortgage industry’s most preferred front-end loan management solution, is the driving force behind Mortech’s progress.
“With the advent of innovative product releases, we anticipate 2011 to be one of Mortech’s top performing years, not only in sales growth but in overall product enhancements,” said President of Mortech, Don Kracl. “Our customers have embraced these enhancements and we’re continuing to plan for long-term growth. As we see other mortgage technology vendors getting bought out or shutting doors, Mortech continues to expand mortgage specific offerings allowing for a comprehensive workflow environment.”
With the integration of new products like the Consumer Connect powered by TheMorty.com, lenders will have more ways to stay connected with borrowers and create a transparent lending experience for consumers. The Consumer Connect is an interactive portal that generates a customized link that lenders can send to borrowers within Marksman. After setting up their secure, personalized account, borrowers can review their lender’s mortgage rates and easily fill out all the necessary fields for a complete 1003 application. All borrower information is auto-populated back into the lender’s Marksman account. Borrowers can even search for and connect with other real estate service providers. Lenders can personalize the lending experience for borrowers, real estate service providers can promote their business and borrowers are able to take more control of their home buying process.
Additional timely product releases such as Marksman’s Loan Officer Compensation Package have played a role in Mortech’s record numbers. Marksman’s Loan Officer Compensation package has lessened the burdens associated with the loan officer compensation regulations. Mortech built numerous easy-to-use functions within Marksman so managers can customize their compensation structure according to their specific company needs. Marksman users are currently taking advantage of this new implementation and the solution has drawn in several new customers.
Mortech has also released Marksman’s RateBridge product in order to allow lenders to work with rate table service websites. Lenders can easily post updated rates to external websites without having to manually manage the uploading process. Company specific mortgage data is seamlessly pulled from the lender’s Marksman account and posted to their preferred rate table websites. Through strategic partnerships with lead aggregators and marketing companies, Marksman customers are able to participate on a variety of lead generation platforms.
“By teaming-up with relevant technology companies and websites, our customers have the ability to increase their growth opportunities,” said Kracl. “A great deal of our success can be accredited to the solid relationships we’ve built with other industry leaders. Our integrated partners enjoy the ease of working with us and we’re eager to collaborate with many more in the coming years.”
