Collaborative Integration Allows Secondary Desk Managers to Lock Loans Directly with Mortgage Investors
Mortech, a mortgage technology software company specializing in daily pricing, product decisioning and lead management solutions for mortgage bankers and secondary market teams and AppNavigator, announce a collaborative effort which advances the mortgage investor locking process. From prospecting to closing, the offering connects loan officers, secondary desks and investors.
The efficient solution brings high-end enterprise automation to any mortgage company’s closing cycle. Loan officers first access Mortech’s Marksman, the industry’s leading product and pricing engine, product eligibility and lead management solution, for real-time mortgage investor rates. After leveraging Marksman’s prospect management tools, working the lead in Marksman and preparing the loan file for closing, the lender submits a lock request to Marksman’s Lock in Pro solution. The lock request, along with the essential borrower details, is then auto-populated into AppNavigator’s system. AppNavigator’s cross automation platform locks loans directly through the appropriate investor’s website and submits lock confirmations back to the lenders’ loan origination system (LOS) and Lock-in Pro account, allowing for a total end to end mortgage locking process.
The data migration process works with any investor and accelerates the process of locking an entire pipeline of loans. Marksman’s Lock-in Pro system works in tandem with AppNavigator so secondary desk managers don’t even need to touch the data. Users can reduce the occurrence of mistakes associated with human data entry and minimize risks of being caught in price changes.
“In order to remain extremely productive, our customers need to maintain a fast-paced work-flow,” said President of Mortech, Don Kracl. “Teaming up with proactive technology companies like AppNavigator allows our customers to do just that. Our customers who have implemented AppNavigator are saving time, eliminating errors and best of all, making more money. We’re looking forward to offering these types of cooperative solutions that not only make sense, but make mortgage businesses more money.”
“Mortech is a smart company known for its dedicated clients who foster in innovative environments; we’re proud to be part of the environment,” said President of AppNavigator, Paul Griffin. “By connecting mortgage professionals with practical technology, we’re helping them do more with less.”
Attendees of MBA’s 97th Annual Convention and Expo are invited to stop by Mortech’s exhibit booth 400 to receive more information about the integration or to get a live demonstration of Marksman.
