Support Squad:  I’m Going to Need That Report

Support Squad - Brian KohelI’ve been informed by my coworkers that I’m breaking some unwritten rule of working in an office, as I have never seen the movie ‘Office Space.’ I’ve seen bits and pieces and I kind of know what the premise is, but have not sat through from title to credits. One of the lines I vaguely remember is about needing a report, and how, “That would be great.” Luckily though, unlike the movie, you can access performance reports you need instantly within Marksman!

Reporting can be accessed within Marksman along the top toolbar and clicking Reports. You will see a varied list of reports already created, giving insight to company as well as individual productivity and profitability. These reports range from tracking prospects, to lead source performance, and even loan officer call activities when coupled with our Dialer functionality.

Sure we have some reports created for you, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t able to add customized reports to the system as well. Are there certain fields you need reports for, but they aren’t currently housed in any reports? Or maybe you don’t need all of the information displayed in a preset report. Don’t worry, you can create your own reports with the specific information you want. All of the reports whether defaulted or customized can be downloaded into an excel format, making it easy to transfer the information into reports you might have in-house.

Even though I haven’t seen the movie, I have definitely been asked to produce a report in the past and I’m sure again in the future. Marksman provides an easy solution for your company to get the information needed, and get it fast. The next time you are asked to produce a report, or just want the information for yourself, remember that reporting in Marksman is straight forward and user friendly.

If you have any further questions regarding the reporting function of Marksman, please reach out to us at “Yeah … that would be great!”
