Millennials are quickly becoming the largest home-buying generation, but lenders still struggle to reach them. Understanding the millennial mindset, their values and communication styles are key in reaching this group of first-time homebuyers. This panel includes top experts from a variety of backgrounds who are successfully reaching millennials in the US today. Prior to joining Mortech, Josh worked as a developer and project manager for a top 10 Visa card issuer working to implement new hardware and software solutions such as SMS messaging, CRM, IVR, and credit approval automation.
